How to Shop
|
- Placing an order: Placing an order and shop with us is easy! Select from the main page or from the menu on the left.
- Add items: Add items by browsing through the list, you can add one or several items by selecting the quantity and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You select the quantity by pressing the arrow and then click on "Add to cart".
- View Cart: You can always view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" icon at the top or the "View Cart" from the menu.
- Remove Items: From "View Cart" you can also remove wrongly selected items.
- Checkout: If you want to checkout click on the "Checkout" button. Before checkout, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your cart. Fill out the shipping information form and then click on the "Proceed to secure server" button.
- Shipping: All items are shipped by air using the Postal Services certified with return receipt. To get an idea how much shipping will amount to, you can put some items in the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button and select the destination country. Shipping is automatically calculated when you select destination country at checkout.
- Shipping cost: At checkout you have to enter the destination country and then the shipping cost of the items selected is automatically calculated.
- Postal Rates: Here is the Postal Rates for all countries.
- Delivery time: Our aim is to ship within 48 hours of a cleared payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for shipping. Normally shipments will arrive in the estimated time, delays are rare but will depend on the customs agency and rules in your country.
- Customs: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
- Payment: You can use PayPal or pay with all major debit/credit cards.
- Security: We do not store or have access to any of the credit card information.
- Confirmation: We will send an email to you immediately after the transaction as a confirmation of the purchase.
- Back order: We do not back order! All the items listed are in stock. If we run out of an item, it is temporarily removed from the site-listing.
